These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Siteable's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

Tools to analyze and report on sites you authorize — accessibility, performance, security, and related insights.

Platform

Siteable is operated as a software service; features may change as we improve the product.

Continued use of the Service means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Siteable.

1

The Service

Siteable provides tools to analyze and report on websites you authorize (for example, accessibility, performance, security, and related insights). Features may change over time. We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

3

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on sites and systems you own or have permission to test. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to probe, scan, or exploit systems without authorization; interfere with other users; reverse engineer except where applicable law allows; or use the Service to distribute malware or unlawful content.

4

Your content and data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Siteable the rights reasonably necessary to operate the Service—for example, to store, process, and display your data and to generate reports you request. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve the Service where permitted by law.

5

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (such as authentication or payment providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Siteable is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

6

Disclaimers

Important

The Service and any reports or scores are provided "as is" and "as available." Siteable disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated audits and scores are informational and do not constitute legal, security, or compliance advice.

7

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siteable and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Siteable for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), if you have not paid fees.

8

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
